At TKEES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
